  1. Personal use

The credential is personal and non-transferable. Only the holder of the credential can use the benefits associated with it.

  1. Presentation of the Credential

The credential must be presented at the time of purchase to receive benefits. No discounts or promotions will be applied if the credential is not presented at the time of the transaction. The credential can only be used for purchases at the branch.

  1. Benefits and Discounts

Benefits and discounts offered to credential holders are subject to change without notice. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend or eliminate any benefit at any time.

  1. Credential Validity

The credential has a validity established therein. At the end of this period, the client must renew the credential to continue enjoying the benefits.

  1. Responsibility of the Owner

The holder of the credential is responsible for its proper use and conservation. In the event of loss or theft, you must notify the company immediately. The replacement of the credential is subject to a cost of $150.

  1. Conditions of Promotions

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers. The specific conditions of each promotion will be indicated in its terms.

  1. Data update

It is the owner's responsibility to keep their personal information updated with the company. Any change in contact information must be communicated to the company to ensure correct receipt of benefits and notifications.

  1. Revocation of Benefits

The company reserves the right to revoke the benefits of the credential in the event of misuse, fraud or any failure to comply with the usage policies.
